3. Payment Confirmation

Once payment is successful, you will receive an order confirmation via email or SMS.
If payment fails, the order will not be processed, and you may retry using another payment method.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD availability depends on your delivery location and order value.
Agro Food Way reserves the right to disable COD for certain products or locations.
Exact cash payment is recommended at the time of delivery.

5. Failed or Pending Payments

In case of failed or pending payments, the deducted amount (if any) will be automatically refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days, subject to bank processing times.
If the amount is deducted but the order is not confirmed, please contact our support team.

6. Pricing & Taxes

All product prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR).
Prices are inclusive/exclusive of applicable taxes as mentioned on the product or checkout page.
Agro Food Way reserves the right to change prices without prior notice.

7. Refunds

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed as per our Return & Refund Policy.
Refunds are credited back to the original payment method used during purchase.
COD refunds will be processed via bank transfer or wallet, as applicable.

8. Disputes & Chargebacks

Any payment-related disputes should be reported to Agro Food Way before raising a chargeback with your bank.
Unauthorized chargebacks may lead to order cancellation or account suspension.

Agro Food Way reserves the right to modify this Payment Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website.
